Creative Movement is the basis for this class. Motor skills, creative dance, props, and games are used in a circle time format to teach song and dance exercises. This class is designed for children ages 1.5-3 yrs.
Small recital is optional at the end of the semester. Please note that Uptown Musik is a safe space welcome to ALL. No bullying or speech of such will be allowed. We encourage one another in this dance class :)
Kaylee Roland
Bio: Kaylee Roland is from Huntington, WV and is a proud 2026 graduate of Spring Valley High School. Kaylee has seven years of dance experience including ballet, jazz, and hip hop. She was a member of the Spring Valley Dance Team for four years and served as the Captain her Senior year. Kaylee is attending Marshall University and pursuing a degree in Communication Disorders. Kaylee plans to become a Speech Language Pathologist. She enjoys playing tennis, Jeep riding, and watching a variety of sports. She resides with her Mom and her younger brother, Ryker. Kaylee's love of dance is infectious, and she is excited to show the positive impact that dance can have at an early age.
