Need something for the whole family? Mixed Age classes are designed for little ones at different developmental levels to make music together. Families build connection, grownups learn ideas for music exploration and play at home, and there’s room for everyone to grow.
Kindermusik Mixed Age
Sometimes, the best learning happens when we’re all together. Mixed age classes allow families with siblings, neighbor groups of varying age levels, and anyone who’s drawn to the time slot to attend. Educators accommodate powerful and enjoyable music and movement activities for all stages of development, so that everyone is comfortable, engaged, and learning!
Melissa Brown
Melissa Brown is the founder and owner of Uptown Musik and Fine Arts. Ms. Melissa is on her twelfth year of teaching Kindermusik. She currently teaches in Huntington and Ashland. Uptown Musik ranks 14th world-wide with Kindermusik International, reaching over 300 students a year in music alone. Ms. Melissa is currently on the board of Kindermusik International, called The Sound Board. Ms. Melissa lives in Ashland, KY with her daughter and son. Ms. Melissa’s love of music and care for the children in her program shines through in each class.
