Recurring Class
2- and 3-year-olds have tons of energy and their own ideas. Level 2 classes are all about exploring creativity and enhancing cognitive development through singing, dancing, and instrument play, while grownups learn how to help unpack big emotions with music.
Digital albums, narrated e-books, and more are available on our password-protected family platform, accessible via desktop, tablet, or mobile devices.

Kindermusik Level 2
Have a very independent toddler? Want them to be more independent? Level 2 classes give toddlers the opportunity to express their own ideas and creativity. They’ll learn new vocabulary, play instruments, and do things “their own way,” while making cognitive strides.
- Whole Body
Muscles used for posture and balance strengthen and toddlers gain alertness, self-control, and the ability to regulate movement. - Fine-Motor Skills
Toddlers strengthen their finger and hand muscles, which increases fine motor skills needed to write. - Cognitive Development
With repetitive songs and rhymes, toddlers strengthen their ability to memorize, sequence, and predict patterns.
Miss Dedra
Miss Dedra has been bringing music to families as a licensed Kindermusik Educator since 1998. The McDole family moved to Owensboro in 2017, and Miss Dedra has loved meeting new families and expanding the Kindermusik program that was located at the Owensboro Symphony Academy. She opened up Sprout and Sing in 2022 with the goal of reaching more families with the joy and power of music. In addition to being the owner and manager of Sprout and Sing, Miss Dedra is also the lead Kindermusik instructo, head piano teacher, art teacher, and camp director. She was a homeschool mom to her two boys (currently 13 and 11) and is excited to offer more classes for the homeschool community in 2024.

Studio Policy
Welcome to Sprout and Sing! Your registration in Kindermusik classes at Sprout and Sing provides you with weekly class, unlimited makeup classes during your enrollment period, easy automatic payments, early registration access to special events, streaming music and activities through the Kindermusik app, and more!
Your convenient monthly automatic payments can be paused (for up to 8 weeks) or cancelled at any time with 30 days notice before the payment is due. If you have circumstances that require you to cancel with less than 30 days notice, a $25 early cancellation will be charged to your account. By enrolling in classes, you agree to abide by these studio guidelines.
By enrolling in classes, you also release Sprout and Sing and it owners, contractors, employees, agents, volunteers, and assigns from any and all liability for, and waive any and all claims for, injury, loss, or damage in any way connected with your participation in the Program, including injury, loss, or damage caused in whole or in part by the negligence or other misconduct of the Sprout and Sing or any of the above listed individuals. You agree that you are aware of the risks of participating in the Program, and assume all risks, foreseeable and unforeseeable, in any way connected with my participation in classes at Sprout and Sing. You agree to indemnify and to hold harmless Sprout and Sing and any of the above-listed individuals with regard to any claim or expenses (including attorneys’ fees and other costs of defending any claim by a third party or that you might make, or that might be made on your behalf) in any way connected with a claim.
