Get ready to move! This class is just right for our busy one-year-olds. (Their shifting nap schedule and mobility will indicate when your baby is ready for this active class. Ask Miss Molly if unsure.)
Give your little one extra confidence to move, groove, and speak! Level 1 classes allow young toddlers to explore new movements, objects, and words, while learning basic music concepts. Families also discover how to create better daily routines with music.
Includes access to ALL of the LEVEL ONE music & materials via the Kindermusik app while enrolled, PLUS a physical book with each new theme as we progress through the school year. Also included are BONUS Musical Playdates with seasonal themes while enrolled.
Digital albums, narrated e-books, and more are available on our password-protected family platform, accessible via desktop, tablet, or mobile devices.

Kindermusik Level 1
Kindermusik Level 1 classes give young toddlers room to explore! This special group experience gives toddlers a chance to learn new movement and language skills through dance, creative movement, echo songs, and more.
- Body Awareness
As toddlers move in different ways, they begin to understand their own bodies and develop self-control of movement. - Gross- and Fine-Motor Skills
Toddlers begin to develop basic gross-motor skills and coordination, as well as better control over fine-motor movement. - Math and Language Fundamentals
Toddlers begin to recognize patterns in music and have an increased sense of steady beat, both skills linked to math and language.
Miss Molly
Since early childhood, music has interwoven itself throughout the threads of Molly's life. Growing up as the daughter of a college music professor, her youth was saturated with church choirs, school/regional ensembles, and musical theater. While pursuing her bachelor's degree in photojournalism at RIT, she was privileged to study voice at Eastman School of Music's CED. Her photography and editing vocation in newspapers shifted in 2001 as she happily became a stay-at-home mom. Participation in Kindermusik classes with her daughter and son (born in 2003) rekindled her passion for music, inspiring her to become an educator herself. She's delighted to share her contagious sense of fun, love of children and parenting, and the magic of music.
